Jeanette specializes in providing tax compliance and consulting services to closely-held businesses and high net worth individuals. With over twenty-five years of experience, she delivers a full range of tax services in compliance with federal and multi-state laws and regulations for partnerships, S and C corporations, consolidated and multi-tiered ownership structures and individuals.  She joined Dopkins in 2026.

Prior Experience

Prior to joining Dopkins, Jeanette served as the Director of U.S. Tax Reporting & Compliance at a global multinational chemical company and industrial gas supplier. In this capacity, she led all aspects of the U.S. corporate income tax function for the organization’s $33B in annual sales. She oversaw and developed a team of 10 tax professionals while managing complex tax accounting, compliance, and reporting responsibilities, including ASC 740 provisions, effective tax rate analysis, large-scale cash tax forecasting, audits, and federal, state, and international tax matters. Jeanette also played a key role in post-merger tax integration, M&A due diligence, and the implementation of unified reporting systems, driving automation, efficiency, and accuracy across the tax function.

In her earlier role as a Tax Manager at a Big 4 international tax and accounting firm, Jeanette was responsible for reviewing federal and state income tax compliance and research for a wide range of business entities, including multistate consolidated groups, LLCs, and limited partnerships. She provided tax consulting and planning support for domestic and international acquisitions, intercompany transactions, tax provisions, estimated payments, FIN 48 analyses, depreciation, and state nexus matters, while also representing clients before IRS and state auditors. Jeanette managed all aspects of client engagements including planning, budgeting, staffing, and client relationships, while mentoring tax staff to develop their technical skills and careers.
