Teresa Majors Joins Catholic Health Systems Inc. Board of Directors

BUFFALO, NY—Dopkins & Company, LLP announces that Partner Teresa M. Majors has recently been elected to the Board of Directors of Catholic Health Systems Inc.

Ms. Majors is a Partner in the firm’s Tax Advisory Group, where she works with local public and private companies providing assistance with tax compliance, tax provision issues, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and FIN 48 implementation. She serves both public and private companies and their executives and owners and has extensive experience with multi-state corporations, consolidated return issues, mergers and acquisitions, and tax provision issues.  She received her M.B.A. from the State University of New York at Buffalo and her B.S. from SUNY College at Oswego. She also serves on the Board of Trustees for Trocaire College.
