Prior Experience

Prior to joining Dopkins, Christian served a multi-year internship at a real estate development and property management company in Rochester, NY. In that capacity, he supported the accounting function across both residential and development properties, reviewing and reconciling accounts, analyzing financial statements, and helping ensure the accuracy of monthly reporting. He also worked closely with banks and property managers to support the funding and financial oversight of properties throughout the portfolio.

Community Service

Christian has remained committed to serving the University at Buffalo community throughout his academic career. As a volunteer tax preparer with the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program (VITA), he prepared returns for community members over two tax seasons, welcoming clients, gathering their information, and helping them navigate their tax questions with care and precision.
