A Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Valuation Analyst, Brendan oversees the day-to-day execution of exit planning, business valuation, transaction due diligence and quality of earnings services, advising both buyers and sellers throughout the transaction lifecycle. Brendan serves clients from a diverse range of industries, including manufacturing, wholesale and retail, and family-owned businesses. He helps clients navigate complex financial considerations and execute successful transactions, drawing on his extensive experience in assurance and transaction advisory services.
Brendan joined Dopkins & Company, a full-service Certified Public Accounting and Consulting firm, in 2002 and served for twenty-three years in the Firm’s Assurance Service Group. He assumed a role with Dopkins Capital Advisors LLC in 2025. Brendan received his B.S. in Accounting, summa cum laude, and M.B.A., summa cum laude, from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
